reeeeeally slow power windows and stereo cutting out means new battery, no? my needles aren't jumping, so it shouldn't be my alternator...and my battery gauge is at 8.

if its at 8 when the car is running then your alternator is only putting out 8 volts, which wont charge your battery. so my guess would be the alternator

yea, should be at 14 (while the car is running) if i remember correctly.
