see why i hate pistons ?
here's a damn head off of a 5.0L ford... ![]() here's the piston view... ![]() and here's the head off of my toyota ... ![]() now, correct me if i'm wrong but i don't know.... do rotaries get this destructive when something's not right ????

Sure they go from time to time. Overheat and warp a housing. Pop an apex seal and listin to ti fly out the exhaust :P Just kep it topped up with oil, treat it nicely and it will last a long time.

lol... i just thought ingesting a valve thru a piston was a BIT extreme but i guess anything's possible.
