Angry well damn

well a few days ago i asked on here if anyone know if underbody neons were legal on the road. and someone said the best bet is to ask a cop. well i was racing my friends rx-8 and yes i did beat him with my na. but ya i got pulled, i was doing 80 in a 45 but he didnt have his radar on when i realized i passed him. and he asked me how fast i was going and i said i think i was going 60 so i got a 61 ticket but i did manage to ask him about the lights while i had the chance. and he said with green lights i shouldnt have any problems just as long as there not blue or red and no blinking..so that solved my question even tho it costed me 150bucks.lol

Re: well damn

So you can't have red or blue. That sucks but why green. Is it because green blends in with the environment.

Re: well damn

you can easily get out of the ticket because he did not have radar going so the ticket is not valid. go to court you will win.

Re: well damn

Well if he said he was going over the speed limit they'll have him on tape saying it, thus no chance of winning in court....which is why you ALWAYS say you're going the speed limit, no matter what it looked like.

if you're going to lie, it would be better to say that you really have no idea, because then the cop can't really call you on your lying...

Re: well damn

well, i think, you would still have to pay court fees anyways so...can you take defensive driving...they allow me even though i was going 70 in a 55 "construction zone" around 10:30PM but i did see some people working there about 1mile before i came across the STATE TROOPER...i think it was 65 or 64...not 70
