Unhappy No rear heat or a/c control

Recently discovered the rear hear and a/c controls don't work. It also doesn't work when I use the front controls for the rear. There is not heat or a/c and the fan doesn't work either. I checked all the fuses related to the heat, a/c, and rear hvac. They are all good. Is there a relay that is not obvious or labaled? Any ideas what I should check next?

I'm having the same issue to my 2001 yukon. Did you ever get yours resolved? If so, what was the fix?

thx
