99 neon with SRT-4 suspension

I am dont know what a srt-4 suspention looks like but would aftermarket coilovers built for the srt-4 fit a first generation neon 95-99. Also what other parts would fit a first generation neon.

I saw a package u could get a while back where it made the first generation have a srt-4 front end, by replacing the fenders, bumper, lights, hood, and a few modifications but not much.

I don't think true coilovers would fit, but if they are just coilover sleeves then they might. But why not just get some that you know would fit?

The seats, steering wheel, engine & tranny with some work.

It would take some custom fabrication because the front ends are completely different. Putting them on a second generation would be easy and straightforward.
