Unhappy Help???

DONT KNOW MUCH BOUT CARS.I need help modding my car. I just got an 05 impala. 3.4L V6. as soon as i find parts, i will be putting on intake and doing full exhaust system...i want a k&n intake system cuz ive heard they guarantee hp gains of up to 25hp. plz help with sugg. any would help.

I hate to burst your bubble, but you have the least desired Impala engine choice. The aftermarket is very small if not non-existant for the 3.4L. Plus their reliablility is horrid compared with the 3.8L Impala (Which has a massive aftermarket-market for it)

My best advice would be to keep it well maintaned as best as you can and wait to trade it on a different car. If you like the Impala's styling, trade the 05 for a LS or SS Impala that come with the 3.8L.
