exhaust, header, intake what brands will give me the most HP?

I just my prelude and I would like to throw some mods on. I wanted to start with intake, exhaust, and a header. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what brands are the proven best. I see alot of generic shit on ebay for real cheap but I would rather get the best, they look the same but are they really? I see some people that make claims of how much power you will gain but its never proven. I want a sure answer, any help is greatly apprieciated, THANKS

Well as far as intakes go, just get an ebay intake and put a K&N filter on it. It will be good as any others. For exhaust it really depends how loud your willing to have it. I recomend researching these forums for that info. Its all been covered numerous times. I understand that your a noob, but next time search first. Its not like this hasnt been talked about before. I gaurentee after you search you'll have more than enough information to justify an choice.

The Apexi N1 Catback exhaust will give you the most gains out of any other exhaust system for a Prelude, its been proven. But, its also the loudest exhaust for the lude.

A regular AEM Cold Air Intake will do you fine, they all give the same gains anyway.

As for headers, from what I heard DC Sports headers are crap. I myself plan on getting a Vibrant 4-1 J-Spec Race header so I would suggest that. Its a replica of the Mugen header.

Thanks alot. loud is good so I will definetly be going for the Apexi N1,
but I thought dc sports were supposed to be one of the best headers, does anyone else have any info? as for the intake, i think that is a great idea, I will even save some money, you guys are great, thanks for your help

The collector size on the h22 header makes it crappy, but the header for a h23 isn't that bad.
