Won't Idle

I have a 1999 Alero 3.4 V6 that will start and run after first start of the day. Subsequent starts, the car fails to start and idle unless I give it gas for a moment then let off the gas. So far I have had the following changed:

Fuel Filter
Spark Plugs
All Vaccum Lines Checked

I read something about a "Idle Control Motor" or something like that. Any ideas would be great.

You can try cleaning the throttle body with carb cleaner. The best thing to do is remove the IAC (Idle Air Control) and clean the passages where it mates to the throttle body. If that doesn't work then replace the IAC.
