93 Grand Wag Elect Issue

I have a 93 Grand Wagoneer, (5.2/auto/Quadra Trac) with 220k on it. It's been rock-solid. But, a few days ago I had one circuit blow, and still keeps popping fuses and another circuit that seems to stay open. ???

Kick panel lights/lift gate light circuit stays "open" and won't close (turn off); and #8 (15amp) fuse that is for Overhead Console/Keyless Entry/Clock/Memory/Graphic Display/Power Locks/AC keeps popping.

My Security System is also on the same circuit, I believe, that's staying open.

Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
