Wonder if Keiichi "Drift King" Tsuchiya worked with them on it like he did for the anime.

Well just bringing back an old thread because the movie was released in some places already. I actually found it online already (with english subtitles). Wish my XVID codecs didn't suck and have pixelation through the whole thing
 If anyone cares to know the site where the torrent is, shoot me a PM.Edit - Fixed the codecs, but now the subtitles went away  Friggin' computers.

Its actually made from chinese director and chinese actors, except for the girl that Plays Takumi's girlfriend (she is the only Japanese actress in the movie) I myself have seen the hole Initial D anime series (im on eps 15 of 4th stage) And just to let you know.........possible spoilers read on if you want........
.................................................. ..................... Theres only 6 cars 86, R32, FC3S (white one) SiLEighty, Evo 3 White & 4 Black. This does not resemble the Anime/Manga 100% it does in some terms but not fully.........To put it in short it sucked ass....dissapointed in this movie.
