In the market for a new secuirty system

Im in the market for a new GOOD alarm system, just put close to $3,000 into my car in audio alone, not to mention all the soon to be improvements under the hood, so i want to get a real nice secuirty system, i heard python and viper make good products, checked them out but they are all based around that pageing bullshit that shows you exactly whats going on, and remote start stuff, all i want is keyless entry.. nothing else special, just a good soild alarm outside, with shock sensors, and anything else "state of the art" id actually seen rides where if you stepped a certain distance to the car, it would beep or something letting you know it was activated, thatd be pretty cool to have.. i want the best when it comes to all that stuff, just not all the bells and whistles like remote start and the pageing system...
Can you guys help me out with some names or links?
Its going in a 92' Camaro RS if that is needed, not sure if some companys make special products for different makes and models or what.

Re: In the market for a new secuirty system

hidden kill switch, id tell you where mine is, but id have to kill you. wire it in on the fuel pump relay, they never get the car started, even if they are clever enough to bypass the VATS system which is highly unlikley unless you are dealing with professionals.

Re: In the market for a new secuirty system

lmao, thats funny, but if u just want a nice alarm damn all those other brands get u a nice good ol viper. they make great systems and yes even basic systems. i know u dont want all the oh la la's but u can get everything u want including motion sinsors. i have them for my t- tops so when they are out u cant reach in my car, well hell u cant stand next to my car for longer than 5 seconds or it will tell u to stand back. mines got broken into before so i got stupid with it, i got sinsors all around my car u cant come near it, i did get the 2 way pager because im gonna kick some teeth in if somebody tries me again, it can work with your vats system, mines use to but i took my vats off line.(u cant take it out of the car but u can un-hook it)but i have a tracking system so if u get around the alarm and me beating u down youll get caught quick. u cant tow my car, if the wheels lift up the car wiggs out and i know. i also have about 3 grand worth of crap in my car, tv's dvd player, music, its nuts, but i worked hard for it and im not about to let some bum rip me off. just find a local viper dealer and they will hook u up with exactly what u want, and if u wanna add on to it later u can. i just added pop locks, auto start, and remote window control, oh and as ricy as it may sound but i have lights under my car and they too are auto on and off from the viper key pad. u cant go wrong with that brand

Re: In the market for a new secuirty system

well growing up in philadelphia u learn to always lock your car, when i use to live in roanoke va, back in the day u could leave your stuff unlocked, but now and days assholes over run the planet and they are everywhere! now i live in tampa and for anyone who knows anything about florida u lock your damn attack dog at night because they will stael his ass too. right now i live in a real good place and i doubt something would happen to my car here but u never know, but i use to live close to USF and it wasnt the best of places to be and some fool poped my lock on the passanger door with a damn screw driver. well since the alarm at the time was just the factory system, they were able to break in but once they opend the door the damn horn started going off and they ran. the point is someone was able to touch my car and that pissed me off bad, so some rich dude told me of a place in tampa where people from the bucks, the devilrays, and alot of other paid guys go to get alarms, sound, and other stuff for their cars. they build anything custom for u if u have the money to pay them. well it turned out the guy who owns our shop knows the owner of the place and when he saw my banner on the back of my car he hooked me up with a great price for a custom alarm. only someone with a military mind has what i have on my car, its protected all around, and plus now i have alot of expensive stuff in my car and not to mention the car itself now has more than 15grand put into into it.

Well I think your car doesnt have a certain value while you want it, it has this great sentimental value. Thankfully no one has gotten in my Maro, I have about $1000-2000 worth of stuff in there. And the doors are unlocked always but it's just sitting there no one suspects anything and im glad I live in a uptight white neighborhood. THATS RIGHT I SAID WHITE
