92 gmc sonoma brake light problem

My dash brake light stay constantly on while I'm driving. It has been like that for a 3 weeks now. I do not see any leak and brake fluid is never low. My current mileage is 96,000 and it is a V6. What could be the problem? Any advice as to what I should do?
