No start
I bled the master cylinder, and sprayed the surrounding area with water to dissolve any brake fluid that might have touched the finish as a precaution. I tried to crank the engine, and all I got was a clicking/popping noise, and all the interior lights went down further than a normal start. Is this a battery problem, or a wet alternator/ other component?

firstly i would check the volts in the battery with a voltmeter, but if the problem wasnt there before, then spray (with CRC) all the electrical conections in the area, coil, spark plug leads and distributor cap, this will dry out any water that there may be in the lines. |

It was the battery. The distributor hasn't had much of a chance to charge the battery, so the ABS must've drained enough to keep it from starting.
