87 4runner turbo problems

I just bought a 87 4runner and it is in imaculate condition, but has a problem after it warms up. After the motor gets up to operating temperture the motor starts to miss and hesitate under load, and when I come to stop signs the truck wants to die. Anyone else seen this problem? I am going to do a full tune up and throw a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in and see what happens, I just hope its nothing big.

On a side note, has anyone ever seen the turbo model of the 1st Gen 4runner? The seats are like racing seats with high side bolsters and they hold you well, and the dash cluster is all digital. And of course it is turbocharged. But any help is appreciated.
