Best Engine For Dd?

hi i would like to know what motor swap will be the best for Daily Driven Car with A/C and P/S and be preaty fast? in EK hatch

I was thinking to do a B16a2 with I/E/H/Pkit Port and polish 8lb flyweel stage 1 act clutch,CTR Cams, CTR Pistons Chiped ECU.
will this be enough for high 13's ? with littel weight reduction (carbond Fiber hood and no back seats) ,Good street tiers? or their more i need to go to 13'9 ?
And Can I keep A/C and P/S in it ?

Thanks !
