98 CD Changer "High Heat" Signal
The cd player on this 98 740i displays "High Heat" on the dash and doesn't play. The owner's manual says that this occurs when the changer obviously gets too hot and will be ok once it cools down. This doesn't happen. I need to know if I need a new changer or is there something in the signal that is fouled up. Anyone had this experience?
