Question Will this fit ok?

Ok, I am getting ready to buy new wheels and tires for my car. I have a 1990 Honda Accord LX. I really like the design of the Konig Tantrums, but I found a great deal on a set of Motegi MR7. What I need to know is this: The wheels that I am getting are 17x7 with a +40 mm offset. Will there be any rubbing issues or any problems with this exact wheel in that offset? The tires I am getting are the Kumho ECSTA Supra 712 from tirerack.com Either a 205/45/17 or a 215/40/17 Which size tire would be the better fit for the Motegi wheel on my 90 Accord? I do not have my car lowered, but if I would plan on lowering it slightly in the future, would there be any problems then with my wheel/tire combination? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

17x7 ET40 would be a good fit ... use a 215/40-17 tire size
