Tachometer?

Hey I have a 94 Accord EX F22B1. I want to check and possibly adjust my idle speed and when using a handheld tachometer I am wondering does anyone know where to hook up the handheld tachometer so I can check my idle speed? I know I can do it without using a handheld tachometer but I want to try using one. Thanks.
