Question new paint suggestions

I have a 92 crown vic and i want to get it painted. I want something that will stand out. I was thinking of black with pearlescent pinstripes. But i want the black to look pearly as you move around the car. Is this possible and if it is where can I get it done. I know a guy that had a car that was painted Black but shined different colors in the light.

Yes this is possible. What was probably done on that car was a basecoat of black was sprayed, and a pearl mixed with a clear was sprayed over the top, and then more clear. Pearl basically changes the color when the sun hits it. Like a black basecoat with a purple pearl in clear over the top would look black normally, but when the light hits it right it will look purple.
