I'm sure it depends on which year you are talking about and what options came with the car, some had special audio options. I only have experience with my '94 and the two in the doors are 6" not sure about the mid range one in the hatch though...

The rears are not 6x9's. They are lil tiny things. The stock speakers are 6.5 in in the doors and behind the seats. I thought the rear speakers were 6x9s but when I had my sub put in I saw them and they are alittle bigger than a tweeter I think. Here is a link http://www.houston-f-body.org/tech/monsoon/Camaro.htm

Yeah there's like 8 different options you could get on F-bodies from 93-02 for the sound system.
