lacquer base paint
Hi everyone..restoring a 1967 AH 3000..and this is the first project I'm doing....whew..alot of time and great satisfaction...however..I just found out that the AH was originally paint with lacquer..can this be painted over without glass blasting the old paint completely off??if so ,with what?
