Continental A/C System Questions

I have a few questions regarding A/C I would appreciate it if someone qith expert knowleg can help.

1. Could someone tell me if the A/C condensor is supposed to be Warm/Hot evenly across the whole condensor when the A/C has been running for some time?

When the A/C is running for some time my Condensor is warm toward the top. Midway all the way down to the bottom it is about the same as the normal outside temprature. Is this normal or is the condensor supposed to be evenly hot?

2. Also, I've changed my Orfice tube and recharged. The A/C was nice and cold for about 30-45 minutes. Then it very slowly got warm to a vent temprature. I do NOT have an A/C leak as the system is holding the charge very well. I think the Orifce tube got pluged again and I believe its from a bad condensor.

3. How many Ounces of PAG oil does the Lincoln continental supposed to have. The Murrys manual says 7oz and I put in 6oz. Am I plugging the Orifce tub up with to much Oil?

I would appreciate any expert answers.

Thanks,

Jeff
