fuel pressure reg vacume line

just wondering where the fuel pressure regulator vacume line would go to on my 88 supre 7mgte all the emmisions componets are removed also the vsv is removed. i am running a ritch condition and i think this may be part of the problem no charcole canaster no egr and the fuel presure reg is getting vacume all the time this wrong? anyone have a vacume diagram with no emmisions componets. the car is making my eyes tear and the idle is a bit high at 1300rpms if i adjust the timeing it loops and if i mess with the throtle position sensor the car will die when it revs high. any help would be greatly appecated
