H22A4 to JDM H22A? OBDI to OBDII Help

Guys gals......My H22 in my 97 Prelude just seized.....OUT OF NO-WHERE. So you can imagine how happy I am.

I see a lot of H22's on ebay but they are from the 92-96 Prelude. Is there a difference in these engines other than the sensors are OBDI? Can I use one of these in my 97 easily? I think it might just be a matter of swapping the distributor and the OBDII specific sensors.....right? PLEASE HELP.

I need an H22A4 for a clean swap. But if I have to go the othe route I want to know what my options are. Thanks all.

Just make sure your state laws allow you to use older engines in newer cars. But yes, it should work fine if you use the OBD2 parts.
