I must get answers to these smog questions i am gonna find out what swaps are legal and what arn't b/c not knowing is retarded im gonna go on a man hunt and go from shop to shop to shop to get answers

I don't live in Cali but better Michigan. JDM MOTORS ARE ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA... I think right? Also you cannot swap an older motor into a newer car its called OBD compliance. hope that helps.

JDM MOTORS ARE ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA... I think right?

the caps and then self question you sould like an idiot alright there is no info on it there are possibilities both ways

haha....that's messed up....but i heard JDM motors are illegal in california though....can't pass smogs for shit....so you just need to find a shop and drop a *foh dee* in his pocket.... .....to pass smog and get yo shit smogged.....anyone know a shop around so cal?.....my bro in law needs to smog again soon.....

There are people who pulled off the jdm b16a in their hatch/rex in cali by throwing the emission equipment from the del sol vtec in there, and fooling the CARB into thinking it was a del sol swap. They even got the exemption sticker. Are those smog refs in cali really that smart??
