DIC Driver Information Computer

I am having problems with my 01s dic. It wont come on. I ran out of gas which lead to having to replace my battery. Before I replaced the battery, I had the car jump started. Everything came back on except the DIC. Even when the battery was replaced, the DIC failed to come on. It was working perfectly before this. Does anyone know of some kind or reset that might turn it back on? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!
