1995 continental powersteering help please

Please help i am having trouble with my power stering
its making noises
somtimes it stops i looked at it about a week ago i put some
of that lucas powerstering stop leak couse its been leaking for a whyll
But i just stated a grinding noised when i turn the wheel somtimes it goes away i looked at the powersteering fluid yesterday morning
and it was all bubly and read so i tried to take a little out so i yoused a papper towel and drained a little bit and then filled it agen with more regular powerstering flurid
I have a 1995 lincoln continental
Is this my powerstering pump
or could this just be coused from the winter hitting sudenly and that
lucas stering fluid being in there being so thinck
do i need a new pump or do i need to just have the fluid flushed
I had the rack and Pinoion replaced a year ago please
any help i could get on this
