Greetings,
All of a sudden my engine will not turn over...it appears the battery is good because the lights come on and even with a charge the engine would not turn over. You can hear what sounds like a relay clicking when turning the key but that is it. Can anyone point me to some a site that gives pics of where the starter, ignition, selonoid are located and how to test them? This is what I am told to check, it must be one of them. If anyone can help it would be sincerely appreciated. TIA |

Re: 96 Chevy Blazer Will Not Start
Have your batery load tested.
Take a voltmeter out there and test the voltage.

Re: 96 Chevy Blazer Will Not Start
I had attempted to slave the battery thinking that it may have low voltage or cranking amps. Do I still need to use a voltmeter?
Thanks |

Re: Re: 96 Chevy Blazer Will Not Start
Tried that too, no avail. Appears I have a short somewhere so I took it to the shop, still no word back; hopefully it will not be an arm & leg to find and fix the prob.
