Transmission Fluid Change
I have a 99, 4DR, 2WD Tahoe which needs an ATF and filter change. The GM service manual doesn't say this, but it appears that I need to remove a frame crossmember (transmission support?) and shift cable bracket to remove the pan. Is this true, or can I remove the pan bolts and pan without removing these other assemblies? There must be a couple hundred of you that have done this. Talk to me!
