integra LS 98: does it have idler pulley

I am going to get timing belt replaced on my car and the mechanic tells me that that other than usual TB related stuff (water pump, other belts), if necessary only tensioner would need to be replaced as there is no idler pulley in this model (integra LS 1998). Is that true?
If not: usual Timing belt replacement packages at shops do tensioner but none of them even talks about idler pulley. Is it because tensioner wears off quicker than idler pulley?

Also, is there a oil pump seal and O-ring in this model, which too would need to be replaced?
