Crap Apex
I have had my apex cat for less than a year and it has already started leaking from the welds on the muffler. Fortunately the rest of the cat back is in good shape. Should a greddy muffler fit fine on the apex piping, and would i have to do welding?

Just take it to an exhaust shop and let them fix the welds.

yea man, no sense in wasting money on a new muffler when that could be easily fixed.
although a greddy muffler would prolly fit, but always have it welded.

Damn its leaking?? Iv had mine for about a year now and i drove it threw winter, thunderstorms, summer, the whole nine yards and havnt had a problem with mine on my 240sx.
But yea just take it to a muffler shop they shouldnt charge you very much at all.

When u say Apex.. did you buy it off ebay? and what series is it? or did u mean to spell Apexi? just curious cause a friend of mine is in the works of buying a apexi catback in a few days..
