Where to start...

(-) First question, why are all the text bold? That's a big no-no. Making the text one size smaller wouldn't hurt either.

(-) On the first page, the title banner is not resized correctly. It's all warped and skewed. You can see the jaggies. Remember to use smart resize or something similar in your program when you resize an image.

(0) Not a fan of overusing the Courier font, but that's just a personal preference. Keep it if you like it.

(+) Nice layout. You have columns and text appropriately placed. I think the search box, guestbook box, and Babe of the day could be arranged better, though. The Ride of the Month page is very nicely laid out.

(+) "Thumbnails" of standard sizes in the Pictures page and Model page.

(-) In the pictures and model page, please make real thumbnails. Modem users don't want to wait for the full images to load.

(+) White text on black background is very good. This high contrast in color makes the site easy to read.

(-) Links should always be a different color than the regular text. It's pretty much standard convention. The underlined links help differentiate it a little, not as much as color would.

Total: 3+, 4-

Much better! And there's color!! The two tone look is good (menu dark, content light). I like the color scheme: blue, white, orange. Good use of the Courier font (the menu looks really nice).

However, there are still two sticking points.

1. Don't make everything bold! On Member Rides, you have

Owner:Adrian
Car:93 Civic Hatchback
...

This is a big no-no. Instead, do this:

Owner: Adrian
Car: 93 Civic Hatchback
...

2. Please make real thumbnails. This means make two separate version of an image: pic_small.jpg and pic.jpg. The first is your 50x50 thumbnail that is less than 50 kb in size. The second is your regular large image. By doing this, your picture gallery pages will load faster. Right now, it loads slow as snails for me on a modem because it loads the full image. And when you make the thumbnails, please use a smart resize to avoid jaggies.

Keep up the good work!
