Is this a good deal?? Also, is installing a turbo hard...from what Ive read it seems easy. What other mods would be necessary for my car?

First thing: The guy has no feedback at all.
Second thing: Must not have taken 5th grade English because he can hardly put a sentence together.

i say if you go for it use paypal. Atleast that way if something goes wrong you can get your money back IE he doesnt send the turbo.

humble opinion. Save up, get a 16G or equiv. Do it once. Do it RIGHT. (unlike ME).

Re: I think Im about to cry :)

you could run low boost on a 16G without the need for anything else. eventually, you will want to get some sort of air/fuel control etc if you want to turn up the boost , but modding your DSM is a life long process....hehe, for me at least. Pay check to pay check, ..it never ends!

Re: I think Im about to cry :)

14b's go for $150 or less all the time. I bought my big 16g for $300. You will need some supporting mods to get all the power out of a 14b, but yes, you can run any turbo on stock fuel... don't expect much more power. $150 isn't bad to start out small. I believe 95 GSXracer said a rewired stock 2g pump and stock 450cc injectors maxed out the 14b... but you have to be careful. If you are going to buy a larger turbo, be ready to get the supporting mods to get the most power out of it.

longemoco: there is a long thread about turbocharging an RS. Yes, the T25 is pretty good for it.

Re: I think Im about to cry :)

I just installed a 14b on my car and it was not that hard, just have all the stuff you need ahead of time. To tell you the truth the 14b is great over the T25, but if you are like me and always want more then I would wait for a 16g or something. But if your on a bugit and dont want to go any bigger go with the 14b.
