PCV Valve and components

Hi everyone. I have a 2004 Concorde LX with the 2.7 liter engine.

I was wondering if anyone has changed the whole assembly. There is the pcv valve itself, and then the hose that goes from that to a metal tube that has a couple more hose take-offs, then a hose from that that attaches to the valve cover.

I have changed the PCV valve and the hose connected to it, but it looks like I will also need to change the hose that connects to the valve cover. It looks like there is a screw holding it, what kind of screw is this, and is there anything out of the ussual that I should expect while doing this? Or should that piece remain in, and the hose comes off of it?

Thanks for the help.
