'95 JGC Front Differential
I am looking into this car but am told it needs a front differential. What am I looking at for repair cost? What would a bone yard differential run me?... ballpark

exactly what does it do in the front end? mine started binding on tight turns and vibrateing on hwy. i thiught it was front end but found out in here that its the transfer case v.c.

Replacing the axle can be a d.i.y. job with some help if you're handy. At one of the local junkyards they're asking for between $900 and $1400 for the whole assembly. It will depend on your gear ratio and whether you have the CV type slip yoke, or the Universal Joint yoke.
Call around your area for the best price.
