95 Firebird nearly no brakes

Help Please.... I am in Mexico way south my Firebird has lost most of it's braking power, no lights are coming on about abs.... but emergency stops are not ..... in village, I can drive, but not abrupt stops are possible ... no dealer near by .... started over night.... several brake shops have checked brakes, rotors calipers, pads drums shoes all in good shape.... What is wrong PLEEEEEEEEEASE help if you know anything like this has happened to others

Sounds like a master cylinder but also check your vacuum line into the intake manifold. Have you checked the fluid level?

Are rotors glazed over? They will be glassy smooth to touch. (cool down 1st) If they have been overheated at all they will glaze on hard exit ramp braking. Cheap way out, remove tires one at a time and sand both sides of rotors. Better way, try repalcing 2 fronts, they are cheap.
