recall on load control arm problem

has anyone taken there audi in to get the load control arms replaced for free because of the recall. my LCA need to be replaced but AUDI are saying they won't cover the cost because the last maintence l got was at 60,000. i didn't get the later scheduled maintence. do l have any way of getting my money from audi.

i brought mine in, it didnt need to get replaced. though they found about 1300 bones worth of other stuff they wanted to replace. i think the recall was for the lower control arm, but they told me i should replace the upper plus other crap. typical. yeah i dont know about the scheduled maintance and if theyre needed in order to have a recall done. but that sounds pretty crappy to me. that doesnt sound right, they should do the recall if its needed regardless of their maintance schedule.
