Angry Brake lights

1996 Nissan PU.....When lights are on, brake lights do not work except the one on the rear of cab. When lights are off, the brakes lights work.
Also when this problem was found, the dash lights went out also.
Any ideas on how to correct the problem?
(fushes are good, bulbs are good)
Thanks,

Jim Swanson

have some fun and scare the shilt out some old people, go driving down a dark road at night and for no reason hit the brakes, they'll think you dissapeared!! LOL
