Question Z31 N/A Performance Parts?

I know a few websites online that sell exhausts and flywheels and a few other small upgrades for the Z31. Was just wondering if anyone had some websites they can post on here that sell Z31 N/A performance parts.

Thanx

what sort of upgrades were you looking for? aside from exhaust, intake, drivetrain and maybe cams, there isn't much you can do... nitrous maybe..

I was never able to find headers online for the N/A Z31.

Brakes/Rotors
Pulley Kits

Turbos/FMIC - I doubt they make aftermarket ones for the N/A. I'm sure you can use the aftermarket ones for the VG30ET and use it on the N/A unless i'm wrong. As far as turbo kits or anything of that sort for the N/A Z31 I have never seen them made aftermarket.

What about coilovers?

Re: Z31 N/A Performance Parts?

you buy the turbo and the brain and your good they have all the same sensorsa and wire up the same just plug and play
and why intercool a na the air isnt heated by the turbo and you would probably lose 1 or 2 horse due to the amount of suction needed to draw it through allthough you may gain a lbs or 2 of torque
but remove the mechanicle fan in favor of the electric
exhaust cone filter
coil, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor
port and polish heads
milled block and heads
clutch flywheel
and dont forget muffler bearings they add like 30 hp and all sticker add 5 hp and if they are bigger than 5"x15" they add 10 or better and all those are stackers to if you add them they do more than adding them singly like as in 2 small stickers and 1 large one nets you abotu 23 hp not 5+5+10 its sa stacker
just gettin you thinkin

i think monza makes headers for the Z31...do a search for monza/pacesetter, same company. or try going to jcwhitney.com, they carry monza parts.

coilovers shouldnt be much of a problem...try ebay and 9 time sout of 10 your gonna pay a pretty penny because japanese companies are probably the only ones who make coilovers. like JIC...i think they make a set for the Z31 but you must have "mucho dinero".

good sites for the Z31:

-amzperformance.com (they just started a new Z31 division so keep a check on them to see if they start carrying more in depth parts)
-ultimatez.com
-z31.com
-victoriabritish.com
-jimwolftechnology.com

Re: Z31 N/A Performance Parts?

Speaking of pistons I forgot to ask where I can find some performance ones also online. If I want to run some more PSI later on i'm gonna def. need some pistons.

Are you sure that I won't need the FMIC if i'm gonna add a turbo to my N/A, I was planning on going low PSI's at around 5-7 without changing pistons, ETC.

on your N/A you cna probably run about 5-6 psi but it will decrease the life of your engine significantly. not saying its gonna blow up in a month but it will not last 200k+. i would just swap in a Turbo motor and start with the right platform...

but if you do plan on staying N/A you could swap in some upgraded Turbo pistons, rods, and ARP's and you will have a very solid motor along with lower compression. im sure wiesco makes pistons for the Z31 and im sure eagle makes rods.

the Z32TT pistons only have a little less compression than the Z31 N/A pistons. the motors are not the same...

the N/A Z31 is running a 9.0 compression ratio and the Z32TT is running an 8.5. the Z31 turbo is running a 7.5 i believe...the motor just isnt as strong.
