Unhappy 1988 730i

Hi,
I'm just about to purchase a 1988 730i bmw, however the engine does not want to start. it turns over but won't fireup....
It just cutout as if the electrics had failed. does anyone know where the relays/fuse box is on this model.

Open your hood...
It's on the drivers' side next to the windshield.
It's a black box...your relays are in there..and some fuses too if i recall.
It might be your starter relay - check it out and post back.

I've checked all the fuses/relays they are seem ok. However the engine will still not start, I've removed the air intake pipe & sprayed some 'easystart' directly into the intake, the engine then tryed to start but cutout again!.

I've noticed that there is a clicking noise coming from around the intake area! I've uploaded a pic of the engine area to help
