eclipse piston????

I just got my 1998 eclipse gs motor out and the piston seem to be mewer anf are forged and they read 13.8 and i dont know if thats the compression or bore please help

ask the guy who had it before you.....13.8 is very high compression....

He says he never touched it but all gaskets are new so im thinking that he got it down out it together wrong and then ran out of money. Will have pics lata tonight
