'95 Lumina APV, need timing BTDC number

I have 3.1L engine.

Ok, I got my inductive timing light from eBay. I was following directions from: AutoZone On-Line Manual
http://autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker...3d801bdf73.jsp

So, I grounded the Electronic Ignition Control, hooked up the timing light to the #1 spark wire. I checked the engine and the grove on the gear is in front of "16" mark.

My question, I don't know to what number I should tune to. I don't have a sticker where it should tell me. My Haynes manual says to set it at 0. Though the AutoZone manual (I think) it tells me to set it at 10. I'd say it is a big gap between those two values.

So, I need your help and guidance on this one.
