hard starting rodeo

My 2000 rodeo is hard to start when it has been sitting for a while. I just changed the fuek sending unit and the fuel filter. I did not have any problems before changing those parts. Any ideas?

Re: hard starting rodeo

sounds like you may have cut the flexible line on the pump I have seen ti many times
if the pump is not lifted slowly out of the tank the line rubs on the inside of the tank which has a very sharp edge and will cuth the line
