Question

where is the power block

can anyone tell me where the main power panel is located on an 88-89
E-150???? not the fuse panel under the dash.

Check near battery

I don't know exactly for your year, but start at the battery & follow the smaller POSITIVE wire. It should lead right to it.
On mine (92) it is right next to the battery, under the master cylinder.
