1994 Nissan Sentra will not idle

My nissan suddenly would not idle anymore. On the open raod it still run withoiut any problems or jerks and the fuel comsumpsion is not affected. I have checked and tested the 3 idling jets, no problem, checked for any air leaks, no problem, installed a new carborator kit and cleaned the carb camber. But still will not idle. What can be wrong or what am i missing.
