Angry still too much fuel in cylinders

this is very frustrating, since my last post ive added the adjustable fuel regulator but the cylinders are still overflowing with fuel, not allowing the motor to fire. anyone with suggestions please help, this has been a long project and would really like to get it fired up and racing. thanks
