Speed Governor/limiter

I'm trying to find out what can be done to bypass the speed governor on my new 2004 Chev Express G 15 Minibus. 6.0L. I've been told there are after market computer hyperlinks or bypasses available, but am having a hard time finding them. Any ideas out there?
