Blower Relay Location

My 97 chevy truck blower only runs in the high setting, I have checked the blower control and it is fine. Is this a relay problem

You have more than one blower relay, the low speed has it's own (in cavity B2) you either have a blower resistor gone bad or a bad HIGH speed blower relay bad. Yes even though you have just high operation, the high speed relay is usally the culprit. It's sticks and does not let the Medium and lower speeds take control. Disconnect blue wire (#101) from high relay to resistor and see if you have any change.

I am wondering if anyone has a more specific location for the relay, I have went behind the glove Box and found 3 different wire harnesses.
