Is this Turbo kit worth the money?

I found this set up on ebay. The price is good but all i want to know if its any good or just a wast of money?

looks alright just make sure you know what your doing man. dont forget the oil line and fuel injectors.

 probably other stuff man its not a full stand alone kit it needs other things.
