Help with Car improvements

Ok, I have a 96 Dodge Avenger 4 cylinder. I just put on a flow master 60 series (2 inch piping) and a magnaflow tip. I was thinking about getting a cold air intake now. I am gonna get either the regular AEM($225) or the AEM V2($350). Is that all i should do? or should i even do that. anymore suggestions on semi-cheap[ ways to improve my cars performance? turbo is probably out of the question unless you can find a cheap one
